钳夹式变压器油箱的动态测试与计算

摘    要:本文对钳夹式油箱的模型进行了动态测试和计算。测出了前十阶固有频率和振型;并找出了结构的薄弱部位。同时将此结构进行有限元划分,用SAP5程序进行了动力计算,所得前十阶固有频率与试验的结果比较一致,有限元模型和试验模型比较接近,从而为油箱的动力设计与计算打下了基础。

Abstract:In this paper, the dynamical characteristic of a model of joint-clamping type transformer oil tank has- been measured and calculated. Thenatural frequencies and natural modes of the first ten ranks have been obtai-ned, an the weak places of the structure have been found.The model of thestructure has been divided by the F.E.M, and the dynamical characteristic has been calculated by SAP5 program. The result of natural frequencies of the first ten ranks from the computer calculating was nearly the same, as the measured result. By this way, the finite element model, and experimental model have been examine to be nearly identical. All of this lay a foundation for the future designing and calculating of the oil tank of transformer.
