Uncertainty Analysis of Measurement of Formaldehyde in Water with Acetylacetone

The uncertainty in measurement for the method of spectrophotometer determination of formaldehyde in water samples was evaluated.In the paper,the sources which affect uncertainty of method were list,and the corresponding effect of which were estimated.The results showed that the uncertainty of standard curve acquirement was the most important source which caused the determination uncertainty.Finally,the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.
