摘 要: | 文章以S195柴油机为原型,采用可与多刚体动力学分析软件ADAMS及有限元分析软件ANSYS无缝连接的Pro/E为三维建模软件,建立了曲柄连杆机构各零部件的三维参数化实体模型,并进行了虚拟装配,完成了虚拟样机的构建,为进一步利用ADAMS进行动力学仿真和利用ANSYS进行有限元分析打下了基础。

Abstract: | This Paper treats the crank mechanism of diesel engine S195 as prototype. By means of Pro/E, tasks such as 3D modeling, virtual assembly and virtual prototype are executed. All these work provide a foundation for dynamic simulation using ADAMS and finite element analyses using ANSYS. |
