硅酸盐型汽车冷却液的研制

摘    要:通过对多种缓蚀剂的优化筛选,确定了乙二醇型汽车冷却液的组成,并通过了冷却液的各项性能测试,包括玻璃器皿腐蚀、铸铝合金传热腐蚀、铝泵气穴腐蚀、模拟使用腐蚀等,结果表明:研制冷却液完全满足SH/T0521-1999标准要求.

Abstract:The composition of ethylene glycol base automotive coolant was ascertained by optimization selection of many corrosive inhibitors.The coolant passed corrosion test in glassware,simulated service test,corrosion test of cast aluminum alloys under heat-transfer conditions and aluminum pump cavitation erosion-corrosion test.The results showed that the developed coolant can meet all the requirements of SH/T 0521-1999 standard.
