摘    要:考察了二苯基氨基吡啶膦/Co2(CO)8配合物对相转移催化氯苄羰化合成苯乙酸的催化活性,找出了较佳的反应工艺条件。在反应温度70℃,CO压力0.1MPa,以苄基三甲基氯化铵为相转移剂(PTC)时,氯苄的转化率可达97%,苯乙酸的选择性达94%。通过动力学研究,测得反应表观活化能为18.6kJ/mol

Abstract:The catalytic activity of DPAPP/Co 2(CO) 8 complex for the carbonylation of benzylchloride to phenylacetic acid was studied under phase transfer catalysis conditions.The optimum reaction conditions were established with the conversion of benzylchloride being as high as 97% and the selectivity of phenylacetic acid being 94% under the optimal reaction conditions( t =70 ℃, p CO =0 1 MPa) and with PhCH 2N(CH 3) 3Cl as phase transfer catalyst.The apparent energy of activation was found to be E a=18 6 kJ/mol.
