摘    要:研究了异常天气时按日出日落时间控制路灯所存在的路灯不能提前打开和延迟关闭的问题,提出了解决方案。在每个路灯控制点安装光强度传感器,由远程终端单元(RTU)检测控制点的光强度;关灯时光强度低于设定值和开灯时光强度高于设定值,RTU向控制中心报警;控制中心收到RTU光强度报警后,在地理信息系统(GIS)上以报警RTU的位置为参考点,以矩形作为选择范围,并按指数规律扩大,在选择范围内查询RTU光强报警并根据报警RTU数占总查询数的比例决定路灯的开关。这种控制策略能够识别光传感器异常报警,控制局部区域内路灯的开关,减少了路灯的电力消耗。

Abstract:During the bad weather, streetlights based on sunrise/sunset times control can't be switched on earlier and postponed off. A solution is presented. The light sensors are installed at each streetlight transformer station. Remote terminal unit (RTU) detects light level, and sends alarm message to control center when it gets lower in lighting on or higher in lighting off than threshold. As received a alarm message from RTU, the system selects a rectangle region by the reference of alarmed RTU locations on geographical map and enlarges region by exponential growth. The system queries all RTUs in the selected region, switches on/off streetlights by the rate of alarmed RTUs number in all queried RTUs. This control approach can identify abnormal alarms of RTU, control streetlights on/off in partial region, reduce electrical consumption of streetlights.
