摘    要:利用线性电位慢扫描法,分别测定了Al、Bi、Ca、In与Zn构成的合金电极在碱性电解液中的极化曲线;利用收集气体和恒阻放电的方法,测定了Zn-In-Bi-Al和Zn-In-Bi-Ca合金电极的析气行为和放电性能.结果表明:Al、Ca和In可提高锌阳极溶解的交换电流密度;Ca、Al、Bi可降低锌表面析氢的交换电流密度,并使锌电极在碱性溶液中的稳定电位负移.Zn-In-Bi-Al和Zn-In-Bi-Ca可提高锌电极的综合性能,且Zn-In-Bi-Ca更好.

Abstract:The polarization curves of alloy electrodes composed of Zn with Al, Bi, Ca and In were measured by means of liner (potentiodynamic) sweep methods in alkaline electrolyte. The gassing and discharge performance of Zn-In-Bi-Al and Zn-In-Bi-Ca (alloy) electrodes were investigated by means of gas-collecting and constant resistance discharge test. The results showed that (elements) Al, Ca and In could raise anodic exchange current density of zinc anodic dissolution, elements Al, Ca and Bi could reduce cathodic exchange current density of hydrogen evolution reaction on the surface of zinc, and led the stable potential of zinc electrode to negative in alkaline electrolyte. Zn-In-Bi-Al and Zn-In-Bi-Ca alloy could improve overall performance of zinc electrode, and Zn-In-Bi-Ca was better.
