摘    要:研究了以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为主体、三嗪酯类(TAC)为交联剂制备的轻度交联有机玻璃体系中,交联剂用量、聚合工艺对板材结构和性能的影响。概述了共聚反应原理,经与国外同类航空有机玻璃性能对比,最终确定了最佳配比和最佳工艺条件。

Abstract:Lightly crosslinking acrylic sheets for the aviation were prepared by using methyl methacrylate as the main monomer and 2,4,6-tris(2-propenyloxy)-l,3,5-triazine (TAC) as the crossing agent. The influence of crosslinking agent dosage, polymerization process on structure and properties of the sheets was investigated. The principle of copolymerization crosslinking was introduced. Through comparing with performances of the similar foreign aviation acrylic sheets, the best ratio and process conditions were determined.
