直接熔融聚合合成聚L-乳酸

摘    要:以L-乳酸为原料,采用正交试验方法,研究了直接熔融聚合工艺对聚L-乳酸(PLLA)粘均相对分子质量的影响,并对PLLA的热性能进行了表征。结果表明:以氯化亚锡和分子筛为催化剂,其质量分数为0.5%,聚合温度170℃,聚合时间5 h,PLLA的相对分子质量可达到15 000,其玻璃化转变温度为57.03℃,熔点为148.5℃。

Abstract:Using L-lactic acid as raw material,the effects of direct melt polymerization process on the viscosity average molecu- lar weight of poly-L-lactic acid(PLLA)were studied by orthogonal experiments.And the thermal properties of PLLA were char- acterized.The results showed that PLLA with relative molecular weight mass up to 15 000 can be prepared using the combination of stannous chloride and molecular sieve as catalyst of 0.5% by mass fraction when the polymerization temperature and time were 170℃and 5 h respectively.The glass transition point and melting point of the obtained PLLA were 57.03℃and 148.5℃re- spectively.
