| 摘 要： | 该专家系统是在收集整理攀矿密地选厂磨矿分级操作经验的基础上设计开发的专家控制系统，它不需要过程精确的数学模型，而是根据操作人员的操作经验与操作思维，模仿专家控制策略与控制思维进行控制的。系统即可脱机寻找磨矿分级作业最佳操作条件，了解当前生产矿石状态，也可对磨矿分级作业进行实时最优化控制．取得常规控制方法难以取得的好的控制效果。同时，系统具有完整的知识库体系与知识推理过程，不受外界影响，具有良好的抗干扰能力。

| Abstract: | This expert system of grinding classification circuit has been designed according to collectingand arranging practical grinding-classification expert operation experience of the Pan Zhi Hua Mi Diconcentrator.It can controI the processs with imitating expert control tactics and thinking only based onoperator's practical experience without the mathematical model of process.This system can not only lookfor the best optimitizatical operation condition of grinding classification cireuit out line and understandthe ore characteristics being produced,but can also real time control grinding classification circuitoptimization and get satisficatory result,which is difficult ot obtain with general control method.Moreover,the system has an integrated knowledge base system and knowledge reasoning process.So it is not afkcted by other factors and has considerable antidisturbance ability. |
