摘    要:用自制实验装置,在不同温度、相对湿度条件下,通过动态吸湿曲线、吸湿等温线、吸湿等湿线和动态放湿曲线,研究了分形涤纶和普通涤纶织物的吸湿和放湿特性,讨论了环境温度、相对湿度对织物吸湿、放湿的影响.探讨了织物的吸湿、放湿机理及其规律,研究了织物放湿过程中表面温度与时间、过剩相对湿度的关系及过剩相对湿度与时间的关系.实验结果表明,织物的吸湿量随温度升高而减小,但在高湿情况下随温度升高而增大,随相对湿度的增大而增大.分形涤纶织物吸湿速率和吸湿平衡含水率都比普通涤纶织物大,特别是高温高湿下优势更明显,具有很好的吸湿性能;分形涤纶织物与普通涤纶织物一样具有很好的放湿性能:所以分形涤纶具有很好的热湿舒适性.

Abstract:By home-made lab instrument, the moisture absorption and release performance of the fractal and common PET fabrics were investigated in different temperature and humidity. The effects of temperature and humidity on moisture sorption and release properties of fabrics were discussed through dynamic moisture sorption curve, moisture absorption isotherm, moisture absorption isohumidity and dynamic moisture release curve. The mechanism and laws of moisture absorption and moisture release of fabrics were also analyzed. In moisture release process, the relations among the fabrics surface temperature versus time, the superfluous water rate, and the superfluous water rate versus time were investigated. It is shown that the moisture absorption amounts decrease as temperature rises, but on high temperature and large humidity condition the result is reverse. The moisture absorption velocity and balance absorption water rate of fractal PET are larger than that of common PET, especially on high temperature and large humidity condition. Results above prove that fractal PET fabrics have excellent performance in moisture absorption and moisture release and the better heat and moisture comfortableness.
