安全稳定装置切机执行站工作模式探讨

摘    要:按照杜绝拒动、最大限度避免误动的原则,对安稳系统切机执行站3种工作模式的原理、改进措施及可能存在的风险进行了分析。建议安稳系统的切机执行站应优先采用两套系统完全独立、按照固定顺序切机的工作模式;在有精确匹配切机需要的地区电网的优先采用两套系统独立运行、执行站层面交换信息的工作模式。

Abstract:Based on the principle of avoiding non-operation absolutely and mal-operation mostly, this paper analyzes three work modes of generator-tripping implementation station with security and stability control devices over the mechanism, the improvement measures and the possible risk, proposing that priority should be given to the work mode to adopt two independent systems with fixed sequence, but for the regional power system when a a precision matching implementation of generator-tripping is necessary, the work mode is preferable to use two independent systems with information communication among the implementation stations.
