| 摘 要： | 虫草素第一个从真菌中分离出来的核苷类抗菌素,它具有多种药理活性作用。在国际市场上,虫草素的价格非常昂贵。因此,许多实验室对虫草素的合成进行了研究。本文对虫草素的化学合成方法进行了全面总结,并作出合适的评价和分析。

| Abstract: | 3'-deoxyadenosine is the first nucleoside antibiotic separated from epiphyte,it has many pharmacological activities.In international market,the price of 3'-deoxyadenosine is very expensive.As a result,the synthesis of 3'-deoxyadenosine was investigated in many laboratories.Various chemosynthetic routes of 3'-deoxyadenosine were reviewed based on raw material. |
