贮氢合金的表面处理研究

摘    要:对贮氢合金粉MmNi3.55Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.3进行了添加氧化亚钴的热碱还原处理的实验研究工作。实验结果表明,该方法可以显著提高 MH/Ni电池的活化性能和循环特性,降低电池内压,提高电池的耐过充能力。其效果优于单纯的热碱还原处理,但后者又优于贮氢合金粉不处理。

Abstract:The reduction treatment of hydrogen storage alloy MinNi3. 55 Co0. 75 Mn0. 4 Al0. 3 in hot alkaline solution with an addi- tive of CoO was studied. The experimental results demonstrated that this method could remarkably improve the activation process and the cycling characteristics of MH/Ni battery, reduce the internal pressure of the cell, and promote the ability of over- charge resistance. The result was better than that of the reduction treatment without the additive of CoO in hot alkaline solution, but the latter was much better than that of untreated hydrogen storage alloy.
