弹性啮合与摩擦耦合带传动动力学试验研究

摘    要:介绍新型带传动-弹性啮合与摩擦耦合带传动的结构,传动原理在PX-I型皮带传动试验机上,研究新型带传动的动力学性能,并与O型V带进行对比试验。

Abstract:A new type of belt transmission, elastic engagement and friction coupled belt transmission structure and transmission principles are introduced.On the belt test machine,type PX-I dynamics properties of the new type of belt transmission are studied, and compared to the type of common V-belt under the same test conditions. Test results show that the transmission efficiency of the new type of belt is greater than that of the type of common V-belt and is steady in 91~95% when effective pull force is in the range of 49~98N. When the pull force in advance is beyond 22.07N and the effective pull force is in the range of 0~107.08N, sliding coefficient of the new type of belt is steady in 1~2%. When the pull force in advance reaches to 98N, the new type of belt transmission loses effectiveness. When pull force in advance is beyond the critical value,the effective pull force of the new type of belt will reach to the greatest value and keep in stable value, and the greatest effective pull force of new type of belt transmission is obvious greater than that of type of common V-belt. Test and theoretical results are identical. The new type of belt transmission is inexpensive.
