| 摘 要： | 发展节水高效农业是我国农业生产的一项基本国策.对农业灌溉用水进行管理和开展节水研究时,农田灌溉节水水平评价是一项必要的工作.目前常用的评价农业用水与节水的指标尚不完善,本文提出用实际农业产出与同等水资源条件下的农业可能最大产出的比值作为农灌节水指数,使评价农业节水水平的指标,更全面、客观.
