摘    要:扩散弯道是矿井主要通风机装置的重要辅属装置,其性能的优劣直接影响通风机装置的运行效率。文章在应用计算流体动力学软件对不同流型的扩散弯道内部流动进行了计算分析的基础上,提出了一种新型扩散弯道结构,并进行了模型对比试验。模型试验结果表明,新设计的扩散弯道可以有效地提高静压回收能力。

Abstract:Curved diffuser is an important auxiliary component of main fan installations of mine, whose performance directly influences the operating efficiency of the installations. CFD method was used to analyze the flow inside the diffusers of different designs. Based on the analyze results, a new design was present. Model experiments of different curved different designs were carried out and the results showed that the performance improvements of the new design are evident.
