| 摘 要： | 矿产资源经济补偿机制要能够反映矿产资源生产、消费和补偿的自然规律、经济规律和社会规律,体现资源管理和资源产业的特点,既实现资源的合理开发,又实现资源所在地的可持续发展。矿产资源经济补偿机制重构要完善矿产资源有偿使用制度和矿产资源开发利益分配机制,同时建立矿山安全生产和生态恢复补偿等制度。
