| 摘 要： | 资源的再生是实现循环经济和可持续发展的一个重要环节。针对我国自然资源相对短缺的现状,建立再生资源产业是发展循环经济的有效途径。青海省资源十分丰富,但开发利用率不高。在加大资源开发力度的同时,应当尽早尽快发展再生资源产业,为实现经济社会的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。本文通过对再生资源产业的概念和一些相关国际经验的介绍,分析了青海省再生资源的现状并提出了发展对策。
