鸡卵黄中水溶性成分(WSF)与卵磷脂的分离及提取纯化

摘    要:将高免卵黄液用水稀释10倍,冻融后经微滤分离出卵黄水溶性成分(WSF),分离WSF后的卵黄用溶剂法提取纯化卵磷脂。研究了氯仿-甲醇提取和丙酮-乙醚-乙醇纯化工艺,确定了主要参数,产品用硅胶TLC分析表明,所提取的卵磷脂纯度较高,达到了对鸡卵黄的综合利用。

Abstract:Egg yolk was diluted 10 times with distilled water, then frozen and thawed. WSF(water-soluble fraction) was separated through filtered through 0. 45um cellulose acetate membrane. Organic solvent extracted phosphatidylchcline from the remains. The methods of extraction with chloroform -methanol and purification with acetone, ether and ethanol were studied. The final phosphatidylcholine sample was analyzed with TLC.
