| 摘 要： | 包含徐州、连云港、淮安、盐城、宿迁五市的苏北地区是江苏省欠发达地区，也是重点发展地区。加快城镇化进程，以城镇化推动区域经济社会进步是苏北地区实施跨越式发展的重要战略举措，本文通过对苏北地区城镇化现状特点及存在的问题进行分析，提出了苏北地区城镇化发展的思路和措施。

| Abstract: | Northern Parts ofJiangsu province, including five cities(Xuzhou, Lianyungang, Huai'an,Yancheng and Suqian) and the belong-ing couties are the underdevelopedregions, and are the main developmentfocus in Jiangsu province. Speedingup the urbanization process and ac-cordingly giving an impetus to theregional social-economic progress arethe crucial strategic measures to makeNorthern parts of Jiangsu province at-tain the great-leap-forwarddevelopment. The current situationsand problems of the region in thecourse of urbanization are discussed,followed by feasible philosophies andmeasures concerning the urbanizationdevelopment. |
