摘    要:双乙酸钠是一种新型防霉剂。在以乙酸和碳酸钠为原料,水作溶剂的条件下合成双乙酸钠。对影响产品质量和收率的主要参数进行了研究和优化,并确定了最佳工艺条件:n(CH3COOH):n(Na2CO3)=4.10:1,反应温度为80—85℃,回流反应时间为2.5~3.0h,溶剂水的质量分率为10%,结晶冷却速度为2-3℃/min。在此最佳工艺条件下,母液全部循环利用,产品收率达到96%,且质量符合GB12493—90。该方法具有原料价廉易得,无污染以及易于实现工业化生产等优点。

Abstract:Sodium diacetate is a new antiseptic.It was perpared reaction based on acetic acid and sodium carbonate,which use water as solvent.Some main process parameters which affected product quality and yield were studied and optimized,and the optimum conditions were determined in the end: n(CH3COOH)∶n(Na2CO)3=4.10∶1,the reaction temperature was 80~85℃,the reaction time was 2.5~3.0 h,the percentage of water was 10%,and the cooling rate was 2 ~ 3 ℃ /min for crystallization.In optimum conditions,the yield of product could reach 96% when the mother liquor was recycled,and the quality of product could meet with the national standard GB12493-90.The facts have proved that this preparation method has some advantages,such as cheap,obtainable raw materials,pollution-free and easy industrilization.
