摘    要:开发了加V-N合金的含钨改型Cr5W工具钢(%:0.70~0.90C、≤1.00Si、0.20~0.60Mn、4.50~5.50Cr、1.00~1.50W、≤0.15Mo、≤0.3V;300×10-6~350×10-6N)。Cr5W钢960℃淬火后组织为马氏体+碳化物,平均HRC硬度值为63.5,180℃回火后的平均HRC值为63.2,高于Cr5钢(%:0.70~0.90C、≤1.00Si、0.20~0.60Mn、4.50~5.50Cr、0.15~0.70Mo;80×10-6~120×10-6N)180℃的回火硬度(HRC值62.3),在相同硬度下,Cr5W钢的相对耐磨性较Cr5钢提高50%。

Abstract:The modified containing tungsten added V-N microalloying Cr5W tool steel-0.70~0.90C,≤1.00Si,0.20~0.60Mn,4.50~5.50Cr,1.00~1.50W,≤0.15Mo,≤0.3V,300×10-6~350×10-6N has been developed. Test results indicated that the structure of modified Cr5W steel quenched at 960 ℃ was martensite + carbide,of which the average HRC hardness was 63.5,and the average HRC hardness of modified Cr5W steel after temper at 180 ℃ was 63.2 higher than hardness(average HRC 62.3)of 180 ℃ tempered Cr5 steel(0.70~0.90C,≤1.00Si,0.20~0.60Mn,4.50~5.50Cr,0.15~0.70Mo,with 80×10-6~120×10-6N);and with same hardness value the relative wearing resistance of modified Cr5W steel increased by 50% as compared with that of Cr5 steel.
