多层砖混结构房屋抗震设计研究

摘    要:多层砖混结构房屋只有保证基础足够深,建筑平面各层结构布置和传力体系一致;房屋层层设置圈梁,在墙体中设置构造柱、配筋带和墙中柱,使建筑平面规划、整齐,重心与刚度中心重合,才能对房屋抗震具有重要作用。

Abstract:The multilayer mixed - brick configuration building can play an important role to quake - proof when the base of building is deep enough, various structural layout of building elevation is consistent with load transfer system, ring beam is set in the every floor and constructional columns, reinforcing steel bar belts and reinforced concrete columns are set in the wall, thus building plane is horizontal rows and cg and the center of rigidity is superposition.
