摘    要:五轴转台因其物理结构复杂,自身延迟对仿真系统和实验数据有较大影响.为了测出转台的延时,在开发了RTX下反射内存卡驱动程序的基础上,设计了一种基于反射内存技术的转台测试系统.该系统中实时处理、传输数据的进程运行在RTX环境下,在LabWindows/CVI下开发的人机交互界面来设置测试信号参数,最后通过Matlab绘图分...

Abstract:The delay of five-axis table has a great effect on simulation system and experimental data due to its complex physical structure.On the basis of driver development of the reflective memory card under RTX,a test system based on the reflective memory technology is designed to measure the delay time.The processes timely disposing and transmitting data run under RTX.The test signal parameters are set by the interactive interface developed in LabWindows/CVI.Finally,the delay is analyzed in Matlab.The test result provides reference to future simulation.
