压电陶瓷在布氏硬度标准机力加载系统中的应用

摘    要:根据试验要求,设计了压电陶瓷力发生装置,并将其应用于布氏硬度标准机力值加载系统.试验结果表明,此装置与硬度计原有的电动力加载装置配合使用,力值加载时间和加载精度等指标都达到了布氏硬度标准机的要求.

Abstract:A piezoelectric ceramics force generating device was designed and applied to the force load system of the standard brinell hardness tester.As a result,associated with the former electric force load system of the brinell hardness tester,force load time and force load precision all meet the requirement of the standard brinell hardness tester machine.
