| Abstract: | Taking Cardiff as an example, the article concludes culture-led urban renaissance strategy in British cities and extracts its referential experiences to Chinese cities. The simulative mechanism of urban culture-led policy for contemporary Chinese urban development as well as corresponding spatial strat-egy is also addressed in the article. |
