电力系统故障恢复方法简述

摘    要:概述了故障诊断过程中常用方法,提出分布式技术在解决大系统故障诊断中跨区域复杂故障的处理方法;归纳了配电网故障恢复的目标、恢复方法和注意事项;综述了输电网故障恢复的指导思想、恢复策略的形成过程、典型的实现方法、恢复步骤及恢复过程中所需注意的主要事项。最后,提出了故障恢复系统成功运行时所必须具备的若干要素,并指出在开发故障恢复系统时,人工智能技术和数学规划法与分布技术的有机结合,是适应电力系统未来发展的方向。

Abstract:The approaches commonly used in fault diagnosis are introduced.A method of distributed technology to deal with the complex faults in large system fault diagnosis is proposed,which cover several sub areas.The targets,approaches and aspects that should be paid much attention to in blackout restoration of distribution network are summarized.The concepts,strategy making procedure,typical implementation methods,steps and key points in blackout restoration of transmission network are explained.The necessary factors for the successful operation of restoration system are given.It is pointed out that the amalgamation of artificial intelligence technology with mathematical programming approach and distributed technology in the development of restoration system is a promising solution to meet the requirements of power system future progress.
