摘    要:履带架作为掘进机行走机构的主要部分,它的设计质量将直接影响整机的工作可靠性。首先讨论了结构拓扑优化方法,其次分析了履带架工作过程受力情况,在此基础上提出了基于拓扑优化方法与有限元技术相结合的履带架快速设计方法,提高了履带架的设计效率及其可靠性。

Structural Topology Optimization of Crawler Frame and ANSYS Realization
Abstract:The crawler frame which is used as an important component of running mechanism of roadheader,the design quality will directly influence the working reliability of the whole machine.The method of structural topology optimization was discussed,then analyzes the forcing condition in the working process of crawler frame,on the basis of these two points,brings forward fast design method for crawler frame based on the combination of topology optimization and finite element technology in order to advance the design efficiency and reliability of the crawler frame.
