摘    要:传统机床通过数控化改造,实现或部分实现了柔性制造,提高了产能,成为传统设备通过技改增速增效的一大热点。近年来,为了优化环境、改善冷却条件,越来越多的用户提出了清洁加工的新需求。现有大量应用范例证明,用半(亚)干式切削加工技术改造传统机床,不仅能改善加工环境,而且能延长刀具使用寿命、提高加工质量;更重要的是,实现了对许多新的难加工材料的生产化加工。因此,清洁加工将逐渐形成另一技术改造的新热点。

Abstract:The traditional equipments can achieve the goal of flexible manufacturing by numerical transformation. After the transformation, these equipments can show bighter efficiency, so this transformation becomes a hot topic of those researches for traditional equipment to increase efficiency. In recent years, more and more users request for cleaning processing in order to optimize environment and improve the cooling condition. It is proved by a large number of application examples that the traditional equipments transformed by semi-dry cutting processing technology not only can improve the processing environment, but also can extend the tool life meanwhile can improve the processing quality. What is more important, by this technology the processing for materials that difficult to machine can be achieved. For these reasons, the cleaning processing technology will be the now hot topic of technology transformation.
