摘    要:在设计转速为314 m/s的超高速磨削试验台上, 比较研究了氧化锆和氧化铝材料在不同磨削条件下的磨削过程,得到了如下主要研究结果:(1)不能单以振动强度大小判断磨削过程的稳定性和工件表面磨削质量的优劣,而需要结合陶瓷材料力学性能、材料去除机理、砂轮磨粒和接触刚度等因素综合考虑;(2)磨削过程可激发机床的高阶固有频率模态振动;该振动频率远高于主轴转动频率,且与主轴转频无明显的倍速关系;(3)在较低速度时,由于磨削粘性及电动机低速转矩特性原因,磨削过程可能不稳定,从而导致工件表面质量下降;随着砂轮线速度的增加,强迫振动占主导地位,但由于砂轮动平衡精度高,实际振幅小,磨削过程稳定,工件表面质量反而提高;当磨削速度进一步提高时,受机床结构刚度的限制,工件表面质量又呈下降趋势.
