摘    要:使用核磁共振交联密度仪测试了胺类硫化体系的硫化胶交联密度,结合力学性能测试结果分析了一段硫化时间和二段硫化时间对乙烯—丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)性能的影响。结果表明,随着一段硫化时间的延长,AEM硫化胶力学性能显著改善;一段硫化时间大于6m in时,硫化胶交联密度及力学性能变化不大;硫化胶交联密度随二段硫化时间的延长而增加,综合力学性能在二段硫化时间为5 h时较为优异。

Abstract:The crosslinking densities of AEM vulcanizates cured with amine curing system were tested by using nuclear magnetic resonance cross-linking density spectrometer,and the influences of first stage curing time and post stage curing time on the properties of AEM vulcanizate were analyzed by using the test results of mechanical properties.The results showed that the mechanical properties of AEM vulcanizates were remarkably improved with the prolongation of the first stage curing time.However,the changes of the c...
