基于UG的焊接轨迹自动编程系统的研究

摘    要:在熟悉焊接工艺基础上,给出了应用UG开发焊接轨迹自动编程系统的方法。该系统由模具建模、焊接工艺规划、焊接轨迹仿真二三个模块组成,快速有效地生成符合模具形状特点和焊接修复工艺的NC代码,简化了焊接轨迹的编程过程。

Abstract:This paper introduces an automatic programming system of the welding trace based on the UG software. The system is composed of three mosules such as 3D modeling of the mold, technological planning and welding trace simulation. The system can also generate the NC program for welding.
