轴向斜接管内压容器爆破压力的预测

摘    要:接管是容器必不可少的结构,在接管部位由于开孔产生应力集中,加之与接管的连接处发生边缘效应,使得该部位的应力分布相当复杂。对3台具有不同结构尺寸的轴向斜接管内压容器进行水压爆破试验,并采用静态非线性有限元法对3种模型的爆破压力及失效位置进行了预测分析,并与试验结果做比较。比较结果表明:(1)开孔结构削弱了结构的强度,降低了容器的承载能力;(2)有限元预测得到的爆破压力与试验及理论计算所得的爆破压力比较接近;(3)带轴向斜接管内压容器的等效应变最大节点都位于筒体和接管相交的锐角侧。

Abstract:The miter pipe is a necessary structure of vessels. The stress concentration at the pipe connecting position is caused by hole opening, and the connecting point with the miter pipe produces lateral effect, which makes the stress distribution at the position very complicated. The water pressure burst test of three axial miter pipe pressure vessels with different structure sizes is carried out, and the prediction analysis of burst pressure and failure position of three kinds of models are performed by using static nonlinear finite-element method and are compared with the test results. The analysis indicates that the hole opening structure weakens the structure strength and reduces the load-bearing capacity of the vessel. The burst pressure obtained from the finite-element prediction is close to that from test and theoretical calculation. And the maximum node of equivalent strain of pressure vessel with axial miter pipe is located at the side of acute angle between the cylinder body and miter pipe.
