摘    要:矿井提升机是矿井运输的重要设备,用作提升矿物和物料及设备等,是沟通矿井上下的纽带,它不仅关系到矿山的正常安全生产和生产效率,而且直接影响上下人员的生命财产安全。结合云南文山斗南锰业股份有限公司矿山斜井提升特点,采用增加、修改PLC程序指令及修改电气线路的方法,解决了实际生产中存在的一些安全问题,提高了提升机的生产效率。

Abstract:Mine hoist is the important equipment of mine transportation, as was used to lift minerals and materials and equipment, etc. It is the communication link of mine up and down. It not only relates to the mine safe production and normal production efficiency, but also directly affects the life property safety of the staff up and down. With the mining inclined characteristics of Wenshan Dounan Mn-industry Co., Ltd, we add and modify the PLC program instructions and electrical wiring method, as has solved some security problems in practical production to improve the production efficiency of the elevator.
