摘    要:某钢铁厂废渣中含锰品位为7.61%,经岩矿鉴定分析其中可回收锰主要以锰铁合金形式存在。通过探索试验,采用磁选—重选联合流程可得锰精矿锰品位为56.79%,锰回收率为53.1%,选别指标较好。

Abstract:The manganese grade of a steel mill waste residues is 7.61%. The manganese mainly exists in the form of ferromanganese alloys. Through experiment, adopting the combination of magnetic separation-gravity separation process manganese concentrate grade of 56.79% , we have found manganese recovery rate is 53.1%. The result of beneficiation is good.
