电池级硫酸锰的制备研究

摘    要:采用工业级硫酸锰制备电池级硫酸锰的工艺过程,关键在于用福美锰除重金属和用氟化锰除钙镁.结果表明,硫酸锰溶液中采用硫化锰除重金属和用氟化锰除钙镁效果显著,重金属的含量均达到0.001%以下,钙和镁的去除率分别达到99.1%和98.1%.结合硫酸铁除钾、钠和水解沉淀除铁、铝,硫酸铝除氟,浓缩、结晶制得硫酸锰产品.经检测产品纯度达到电池级高纯硫酸锰的标准.

Abstract:The key of the preparation process of battery-level manganese sulfate from industrial manganese sulfate is removal of both heavy metals and calcium and magnesium. The result shows that the purification effect on removal of heavy metals by niacide and calcium and magnesium by manganese fluoride is excellent, the contents of heavy metals all reached 0. 001% or less, and the elimination rate of calcium or magnesium is 99. 1% or 98. 1% respectively. The purification of iron, aluminum, kalium and natrium by ferric sulfate, including fluorine and aluminum sulfate were also discussed. Crystallized manganese sulfate was obtained after being concentrated. Manganese sulfate purity can reach the standard of battery-level manganese sulfate.
