摘    要:由于模料液态压注存在体收缩率较大和制模周期长的缺点,自20世纪90年代以来,液态压注有"回归"到膏状压注的趋势.对于大型压蜡机,实现膏状压注的关键是设计制造性能稳定的膏状蜡制备和供给系统.固态压注技术近年已取得突破性进展,优点是模料体收缩率很小,蜡模无缩陷,压型设计、制造简化.

Abstract:The tendency of liquid injection returning to solid injection appears since the 1 990 s due to the demerits of a higher volume-contraction rate and long pattern-making period during liquid injection.Design of fabrication and supply system of paste wax with stable performance is a key factor in paste injection for large wax-presser.The solid injection realizing through-breaking progress in last years possesses the merits of a smaller volume-contraction rate,defects free wax pattern,simple design and manufacture of pressing mold.
