摘    要:在大量的分析与研究的基础上,运用弹性力学中能量法的基本原理,首次推导出了一个实用的计算VC轧辊塌陷位移的数学模型,实现了在线快速计算轧制过程中的VC辊塌陷位移,为VC轧机板形与弯辊力的在线控制奠定了理论基础,具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:On the basis of vast analysis and research, a practical mathematical model for computing the collapse displacement of VC roll was first deduced by making use of the basic principle of energy method of elastic mechanics. It realized on-line rapid calculation of VC roll collapse displacement in the rolling process, and offered theoretical basis for the on-line controlling of shape and bending-roll force in VC mill, the model could be applied in industry.
