海外矿产资源开发的技术经济评价模型研究

海外矿产资源的开发与利用对我国有着极其重要的意义。开发海外矿产资源具有高风险性,需要在投资之前进行技术经济评价。通过建立评价指标体系,使用专家咨询法确定相应指标的权重,提出一种线性加权的评价模型,并使用此模型对一个海外矿山进行了技术经济评价。首先针对此矿山制定了若干项切实可行的方案,然后通过分析模型评价的结果,得到了最佳的方案。这个模型可以广泛地运用于矿产资源开发的技术经济评价。
