摘    要:针对某些中小型催化裂化装置存在的吸收稳定系统中吸收 /解吸塔单塔流程吸收效果不佳的问题 ,根据吸收 /解吸过程基本原理 ,从能耗、吸收效果和控制几个方面分析单塔流程与双塔流程各自的特点 ,提出了与双塔流程吸收效果相当的单塔改造方案。结果表明 ,方案可行 ,具有显著的经济效益。

Abstract:In the single tower process of middle or small scale catalytic cracker absorb stabilization system, there are lots of problems, especially bad absorption efficiency. On the basis of theory, the characteristics of the single tower and double tower processes are discussed from the aspects of absorption efficiency, energy consuming and control. A new single tower process is presented, the absorption efficiency of it is close to that of double tower. The new process calls for smaller investments and yields faster results and higher economic returns.
