摘    要:攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿使用传统工艺流程冶炼,钛资源的回收只有7%,浪费巨大.如果采用被业内称之为"第三代炼铁法"(简称Itmk3)的转底炉煤基直接还原工艺进行综合回收,除得到用于生产优质钢的电炉炼钢原料--直接还原铁(DRI)外,更能得到TiO2含量达50%以上的钛渣.这将大幅度提高钒钛磁铁矿钛资源的回收率,缓解我国钛资源紧张状况,为钛资源综合利用提供了一个可行的途径.

Abstract:Panzhihua v-bearing titanomagnetite has a titanium recovery of only 7% when smelted by traditional process,an enormous waste of titanium resource.If it is treated by rotary hearth furnace(RHF) coal-based direct reduction process,Itmk3 process,which is called by the in-siders as "a third generation iron-making method",except direct reduction iron(DRI) which can be used to produce fine quality steel by electric arc furnace,a titanium slag containing over 50% TiO2 can also be obtained,which will greatly raise the recovery of v-bearing titanomagnetite resource so as to relax the tension of China's titanium resource by providing a feasible way to comprehensively utilize titanium resource.
