氢能源汽车车载气动减压阀出口温度特性研究

摘    要:研究了氢能源汽车输氢系统二级高压气动减压阀出口的气体温度特性.建立了减压阀开口系统的热力学模型,利用MATLAB软件分析了氢气绝热节流过程中的制冷和制热转换曲线和等焓曲线.分析结果表明,工作介质不同,减压阀出口温度相差很大;氢能源汽车以氢气作为工作介质的减压阀出口温度随着入口压力升高而升高.

Abstract:The outlet temperature characteristics of the secondary high pressure-reducing valve are analyzed on the hydrogen transmission system of hydrogen vehicles.In particular,the thermodynamic model is established for the open system of pressure-reducing valves.Based on the MATLABTM,the cooling-heating conversion and iso-enthalpy curves are obtained during the hydrogen adiabatic throttling process.Accordingly,it is found that the outlet temperatures,which vary proportionally with inlet temperatures,differentiate ...
