气液边缘位置控制装置气动检测器的结构参数优化

摘    要:气液边缘位置控制装置广泛用于纺织、印刷、包装等制造领域,它的气动检测器的结构特性极大影响该装置的工作性能。本文在初步研究检测器喷口流的动状态基础上,采用正交试验和方差分析方法,优选气动检测器的结构参数,并对具有优选结构检测器的气液边缘位置控制装置进行整机动态试验,试验结果表明:检测器中固定节流器和主喷口的结构尺寸对控制气液伺服阀的膜盒中的气压变化影响最显著,采用优选结构检测器的装置的动态响应性能得到了改善。

Abstract:Pneumatic-hydraulic devices of controlling edge position find wide use in textile,printing,packing manufacture,etc.The properties of pneumatic sen- sor dominate the performance of the device.The paper presents that on the basis of the developed flow model in pneumatic sensor,orthogonal test and variance analysis are applied to the selection of the structure paramaters of pneumatic sensor.Proof tests are made in the device with optimizing structure parameters.These results indicate that the pressure variation in the diaphragm chamber of pneumatic-hydraulic servo-valve is obviously affected by magni- tude of fixed orifice in the pneumatic system and structure size of main jet in the sensor.Because of optimizing structure paramaters of pneumatic sensor the dynamic characteristic of the device is improved.
