| 摘 要： | 利用木素磺酸钠对坚木栲胶进行改性,并对改性产品的粘度、沉淀率、耐盐析性和耐酸性进行检测。结果表明,木素磺酸钠对坚木栲胶具有较好的分散效果。鞣皮实验表明,当木素磺酸钠的用量为坚木栲胶用量的20%~30%时,产品在皮坯中渗透较快,同时皮坯对产品的吸收率较高,而且干燥后坯革的颜色较浅。

| Abstract: | Sulfonated lignin was usedfor the modification of quebracho extract.The determinations of viscosityandprecipitation extentof the modifiedproducts in NaCl and acidicsolutionsindicated that sulfonated ligin makedquebracho extract more stable in aqueous solution.The application of themodifiedproducts in retanning process showedthat the optimal dosage of the sulfonated lignin was20%-30% based on the weight ofquebracho extract,due to the factthat the product was well absorbed by pelt,whilstits penetration rate was faster and the color of leatherwas lighter. |
