| 摘 要： | 通过三相分离器运行参数中的来液温度、药剂浓度、来液压力三因素对三相分离器原油处理效果的影响规律进行分析,并用正交试验法从来液温度、药剂浓度、来液压力三个方面进行了三因素、三水平分析,提出三项分离器运行参数的优化措施,优化后经实际验证,大大增强了三相分离器的原油处理效果。

| Abstract: | The separation effect of three-phase separator was analyzed by the operation parameters of liquid temperature, drug concentration , pressure three aspects, then the separation effect was analyzed by the orthogonal test method from the above three factors, and the optimized measure of the operation parameters of the three-phase separator was put forward. Through the actual verification, the crude oil processing effect of the three-phase separator was greatly improve. |
