NiTi形状记忆合金高温形变机制研究

摘    要:NiTi形状记忆合金因具有独特的形状记忆效应和优异的机械性能,而在消防领域具有重要的应用。本文针对NiTi合金在消防领域中常会处于高温环境这一情况,对NiTi形状记忆合金的高温力学性能进行了研究。并利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)和高分辨率透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)多种表征手段,对NiTi合金的相变行为和微观结构进行了深入的分析、探讨。

Abstract:Due to the unique shape memory effect and excellent mechanical properties, NiTi shape memory alloy has the wide applications in firefighting field. The NiTi alloy is always high temperature environment during applied in firefighting field, so this paper conducted the tensile testing in NiTi shape memory alloys under high temperature. Then differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) were also used to study the phase transition behavior and microstructure of NiTi alloy.
