扭转作用下圆截面铸铁杆和Q235杆的破坏形态分析

摘    要:圆截面杆扭转时,杆件中各点均处于纯剪切应力状态。但由于铸铁和低碳钢两种材料的力学性能不同,导致在受扭作用下铸铁杆和Q235杆的破坏形态明显不同。铸铁杆是沿45°斜截面的拉断,而Q235杆是沿横截面的切断,文章通过力学理论推导,加深初学者对这两种破坏形态的理解和认识。

Abstract:Circular cross section bar is under torsion loading,all points of bar are in a pure shear stress state.Because mechanical performance of cast iron and Q235 is different,failure mode shows sensible differences.Cast iron bar broke alone 45degree inclined section,Q235 bar is cut along cross section.Through mechanics theory deduction,beginner will deepenunderstanding to the failure modes.
