铅锌烧结过程透气性的智能集成建模与优化控制

摘    要:通过模糊分类的方法,将铅锌烧结过程透气性建模的数据进行分类成为高低温烧结子空间,分别建立两个相同结构和算法的神经网络模型并进行模型集成。通过专家规则将烧结状态透气性预测的结果用于指导铅锌烧结过程的优化控制。该研究采用包括神经网络、模糊逻辑规则等在内的各种技术的集成来建立烧结过程透气性状态的预测模型,然后设计基于烧结过程透气性状态预测模型的优化控制器的优化控制操作参数,使指标参数得到优化。

Abstract:Through fuzzy-classified measure, data of permeability modeling on Pb-Zn sintering process are classified into low-temperature subspace and high-temperature subspace. Two neural network models with same structure and algorithm are built and integrated. Am optimized control over sintering process is guided by the result of permeability calculation through expert rules. The integration of various kinds of techniques as neural network, fuzzy logical model and others are adopted to build calculating model on Pb-Zn sintering process states. Thus, an optimal control parameter based on this is designed to optimize the target parameter.
