金矿尾砂微晶玻璃的研制

摘    要:以金矿尾砂、白云石等为原料,Cr2O3为成核剂,制成微晶玻璃及铸石板材制品.通过DTA、X射线衍射及SEM扫描电镜分析,证明制品中的晶相是透辉石类固溶体,其它晶相含量微小.理化性能测试表明,该产品的各项指标均优于天然大理石及花岗岩,适于做建筑材料、化工耐腐蚀材料或冶金、采矿工业用耐磨材料,为解决环境污染问题开辟了一条有效途径.

Abstract:The glass ceramics and cast stones have been obtained by using gold tailings as raw materials and Cr 2O 3 slag as nucleating agent. These materials were studied by DTA, X ray diffraction, and show that they contained only single crystalline (diopside) content of other crystallines was very low. This materials have many important properties such as high chemical stability, good mechanical strength and high abrasion resistance. These materials are suited to application in building materials instead of natural marble or granite and pipes for the conveyance or storage of abrasive materials.
